2 or 3kaleleaves and stalk (or a hand full of bagged leaves)
Juice fruit and vegetable leaves in juicer.
Strain if desired
Cool and Serve
This is a refreshing and energizing juice. You can also enjoy it as a smoothie in which case you will blend all ingredients until smooth. Feel free to substitute kale, collards, or spinach. It will alter the flavor minimally and enhance the nutrient value.
